We specialise in Workforce Transition Programs that are designed with industry, for our community. Whether it’s young people, women stepping into new roles, First Nations participants, or veterans seeking civilian pathways — our programs are tailored to build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in Gladstone’s key industries.
What sets us apart is how we design our programs: not off-the-shelf, but in partnership with local employers to meet real workforce needs. We listen, adapt, and align our training to the current opportunities in construction, oil and gas, maintenance, and heavy industry. This means our participants are gaining site-ready skills, strong safety foundations, and a real understanding of what local employers expect.
A core part of our success is our mentor network — our trade & young veteran mentors bring leadership, teamwork, and lived experience to the table. Their presence helps shape our programs into more than just training; they guide participants through personal and professional transformation, instilling resilience, work ethic, and purpose.
